Diny’s Jewelers is at 1903 Cayuga Street, Suite 105, Middleton, WI 53562-5405. Hours are Tuesday–Thursday 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; Friday 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m.–3 p.m.; closed Sunday and Monday.
What services do you offer?
Full-service jewelry offerings include sales, diamond and gemstone pieces, bridal and fashion collections, custom design, in-house appraisals, resizing, jewelry & watch repair, restyling, and free estimates while you wait.
Do you offer custom jewelry design?
Yes – our team works closely with customers to create unique pieces tailored to personal preferences and budgets.
Can you appraise my jewelry?
Absolutely. We offer in-house appraisal services for insurance replacement provided by highly trained staff including GIA-certified gemologists.
What about resizing services for wedding bands or rings?
Yes, expert resizing is available for wedding bands and other rings, with tailored attention to preserve the integrity and beauty of each piece.
I have an inherited heirloom—can you help restore it?
Definitely. We handle delicate heirlooms for repair, restoration, resizing, or appraisal, even helping with sentimental requests like engraving or special modifications.
Can you clean my jewelry?
Yes, cleaning and inspection services are always free and while you wait!
What is the return or exchange policy?
Items may be returned within 10 days for a full refund or within 30 days for in-store credit, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and saleable. Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible. Exchanges for defective items are accepted within 30 days; in-store credit may be offered instead if identical items aren’t available.
Are personalized or custom pieces returnable?
No—personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you're unsatisfied, please contact the store directly.
How long does a refund take?
Usually, same day the item is returned and will be issued via the original method of payment. Gift recipients receive in-store credit only.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed quickly (within 24–48 hours after placement), so cancellations or modifications typically cannot be accommodated. For mistakes on custom pieces, contact the store promptly.
What payment methods do you accept? Do you offer financing?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, NFC/mobile payments, and cheques; financing options are also available.
What do I do if I don’t see what I want in-store?
We will help locate or source the desired piece even if it’s not currently in stock.
